Sophie is outstanding. Being a teacher and on my feet all day long, booking Sophie in for a reflexology treatment on the first day of the Summer holidays was perfect. Her treatment room is calming and serene and the Nathalie Bond products she uses smell divine! From start to finish the experience was all about me, she explained all aspects of the treatment with expert knowledge. The foo bath was a lovely was to unwind at the beginning of the session. I highly recommend, it is the perfect way to rebalance and unwind.

From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of calm within the room, Sophie’s presence was incredibly welcoming and friendly. My reflexology session was so lovely and felt incredible. I've just had the most beautiful reflexology treatment from Sophie.
I have a lot of health conditions, which mean some treatments can give me a flare up, but Sophie's didn't (which means I'll be back for more).
The footbath was lush and the products smelt divine.
The setting was also so beautiful and comfy and I adored everything about it, thank you so much.
